View Website »With 150+ restaurants in more than 9 states, Sonny’s is one of the most popular barbeque restaurants in the southern US. squareFACTOR implemented a media-rich site designed by Convergence for this lip-smacking BBQ chain. The Flash-intensive site seamlessly integrates with a third-party online ordering system that including takeout and catering orders, product purchases (their BBQ sauce is legendary!), and even a franchisee pre-qualification survey. Kids get to enjoy the site with interactive games, while adults can take a 360° virtual tour of a Sonny’s restaurant. There’s a store locator search function with location-specific restaurant menus and employment opportunities. The site also links into a private corporate Intranet—also developed by squareFACTOR—for Sonny’s management and franchises to work collectively online. Best of all: the content components on this expansive site can be updated with ease.
We shaped the functionality, the Flash videos, and content management systems—and then some—to create a smokin’ website for Sonny’s.
